The app crashes when clicking Load Source Files​

Please check if the video or image files you're loading contain Japanese or full-width characters.
SynapseRack currently does not support Japanese file paths.

Load Source Files and ContentBrowser generation is slow​

This is generally a heavy process, but if FPS drops abnormally, the resolution of the video or image files you're loading may be too large.
We recommend encoding them to Full HD or lower using external software.

nanoKONTROL2 won't connect​

You may have installed a dedicated driver for nanoKONTROL2.
There are reports that MIDI behavior becomes unstable when the dedicated nanoKONTROL2 driver is installed, so please uninstall the dedicated driver and configure it to load with the Windows standard driver.
