What is HAP Codec

HAP codec is a video format that can be played back with low load and high speed.
It has the advantage of reducing playback load, but the disadvantage of increasing video file size.
SynapseRack basically recommends using HAP codec.

Conversion Methods

You can convert to HAP codec using Adobe Media Encoder or ffmpeg.
